Listening to the wind in the middle of a field way far away from the city; laying in the utter silence of the desert at night and staring up into a clear and infinite universe; shooting stars; hot cocoa on a cold day; cold beer on a hot day; dancing with your eyes closed like nobody's watching; a cat purring directly into your ear sending shivers down your whole body; a beautiful view after a hard hike; blasting the radio in my car and singing at the top of my lungs as I cruise down a deserted highway; calling an old friend up out of the blue and hearing the pleasant surprise in their voice when hear your voice; long meaningful gazes across a room; fingernails lightly across the back of my neck; soft kisses; hard kisses; passionate kisses that last all night; quick kisses snuck in public; that split second before a first kiss when every nerve-ending in your body feels on fire; the smell of dryer exhaust; classic rock; country music; celtic music; anything bluesy; Boston by the river; Autumn in Maine when the whole world seems bright orange; the cliffs of Bar Harbor on a slightly foggy day making everything to the horizon look like an oil painting; chocolate chip pancakes after a night of heavy drinking; sleeping in; sunrise in the desert; sunset on the Louisiana bayou; long straight highways that go all the way to the horizon, narrowing to a pinpoint; deep conversations that go until 4 in the morning; meaningless and silly conversations that go until 5 in the morning; finding the key to life in any episode of "The Wonder Years"; taking a chance on somebody new and being blown away by how amazing that person turns out to be…
